The Harrison County ESD No. 3 Board of Commissioners holds regular meetings once monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 5:30 pm.  If you wish to speak during the public comments please email info@esd3firerescue.com no later than 10:00 a.m. the day of the Board meeting.
