Harrison County Emergency Services District No. 3 (“ESD 3”) was formed as a Rural Fire Prevention District on August 14, 1982. ESD 3 covers 113,780 acres (178 square miles) between Marshall & Waskom, Uncertain & Elysian Fields.

The Harrison County ESD No. 3 Board of Commissioners holds regular meetings once monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 5:30 pm at the Harrison County ESD #3 Central Station (9432 Highway 80 East, Marshall, Texas 75672). Special meetings or work sessions may be called as needed.
